We want you to love your Velora purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for return:

Item must be unused and in original condition

Must be returned within 30 Days of delivery

Original packaging must be included

How to return:

Email us at support@velora222.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds:

Once your return is recieved and inspecte, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed withing 5-7 business days back to your orginal payment method.

Exchanges:
